Furthermore, our most rewarding jobs involve creating an entire identity for our clients. This usually consists of, but is not limited to, a web site, business cards, letterheads, emailers, and the like. Being a part of the branding process allows us to create a beautifully fluid and consistent design. What are web standards?

Simply put, a bunch of internet people got together in a big room with lots of donuts and coffee. They then proceeded to all agree on the way that websites should be programmed, so that everybody is 'speaking the same language' so that when designers program a site in compliance with these set standards, they can rest assured that their site will be supported by all modern browsers...Theoretically. It gets more complicated, but that's the gist. The important thing to remember is: web standards are a very good thing.

Which browser should I (not) use?

Internet Explorer has several major security flaws and has fallen noticeable behind in compliance with web standards. Most people use IE, not realizing that doing so opens up their computers to online attacks that can be avoided simply by using a more secure browser. We highly recommend a browser such as firefox (PC & mac) or Safari (mac) to protect your privacy and improve your browsing experience.
